A Supreme Art
French chocolate, I consider it as a supreme art to be enjoyed without moderation!
We have always shown a keen interest in the know-how and tradition of the chocolate industry. French chocolate has something unique and singular. To make good chocolate, the Swiss have added milk, the Belgians sugar and pralines. In France, chocolate is intense, pure and slightly sweet.
The Chocolate exhibition, which will take place from 30 October to 3 November 2019, will be an opportunity for me to discover the new chocolate trends of the year and to find refined and gourmet products.
Grape Variety And Terroirs
Chocolate, I like to compare it to a product dear to the heart of the French, wine!
Like wine, chocolate has a varied and incredibly rich range, making it very interesting to taste. Cocoa can be assimilated to grape varieties. There are various kinds of them that give very different aromas!
Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil, the lands of these countries give the beans distinctive flavours. The planter, similar to the winegrower, brings quality and conservation through his care. Once they arrive in France, the beans are then passed into the hands of the chocolate makers for ultimate processing!
We can compare Chocolate to Wine but it is also possible to marry them. Both products are the perfect match for the greatest pleasure of our taste buds!
