As the sun goes down, Minuit Express is there for a journey with no final destination. From the subdued elegance of the Vieux Continent, on to the ancient rituals of the Far East, and through to the raw energy of the Americas, our cocktail selection maps a legendary journey accompanied by a multitude of exotic touches.

WELCOME ON BOARD

Each area - in the throng of the bubbling wagon-bar or in the secluded alcoves - feels like a train plying its course. Saunter between the electrified counter and the secretive salons, and lose yourself in the atmosphere of yesteryear.

PRIVATE COMPARTMENTS

For your private events or receptions, discover the secluded compartments specially designed for the purpose. This is the ideal haven for a made-to-measure event whilst adopting the spirit of travel.

THE JOURNEY’S CONDUCTOR

Your tour guide, Mahdi Provost, is a story-telling barman who adds his creative instinct to your Minuit Express experience. He shakes with the best and transforms each cocktail into something personal, making your arrival at each stop all the more memorable.

RENDEZ-VOUS IN THE WAGON-BAR

Scan the drinks list on the bar like you would peruse the itinerary of your journey. At each stop-over, revisited mythical cocktails and signature spirits enable taking an unexpected view of each of our three continents.

COCKTAILS

Here, the world’s mythical cocktails are reinvented and transported into another sphere - immediately recognised, but decidedly unexpected. Each creation is a recital where the classics unashamedly take on an aggressive modernity as you tick off our three continents.
